Shipping

We will offer a $15.00 flat shipping fee for orders within Australia, however some items such as Tagines and other large items will incur an additional fee (subject to size).

We will ship within 3 business days of the order being placed and payment received.

I am happy to hand deliver items within Sydney metro (subject to availability) if you organise with me by emailing info@zagora.com.au

We use Australia Post for shipping main items, however we are happy to organise courier services for delicate items at an extra cost.

 

 

Returns

Buyer please read carefully before making purchases on our website.

Zagora.com.au makes every attempt to give you the best item description possible. However, given the nature of these products as they are made by hand using traditional Moroccan methods you may find small imperfections.  We have made every effort to display the items in our store as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that all monitors and devices will display the colours the same.  We are happy for you to contact (info@zagora.com.au) us to arrange further images to be sent to you if you are interested in a certain item but just aren’t too sure..

  • Shipping is at buyer’s risk, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process once they are in the hands of Australia Post
  • We will refund or exchange for items that are genuinely faulty or significantly different to the description on site. However, you are responsible for returning the product to us for refund.

We really want to make sure you have the best experience possible from buying with us so please contact us by email as soon as possible (within 7 days) if there is anything wrong or faulty.
